1 Load your export
How do I get my export?
- ChatGPT: Settings → Data controls → Export data. You get an email with a .zip. Not yet confirmed against a real ChatGPT export: it should work, but check the summary of skipped content after loading, and every quote is still checked word for word before you can download.
- Claude: Settings → Privacy → Export data. Your export comes as a short list of files (the manifest), each with its own download link, one file per kind of data: conversations, memories, projects and so on. Each link works only once, so save every file you download.
- Here you only need the conversations files:
conversations-000.zip, and alsoconversations-001.zip,conversations-002.zipand so on if your export has more parts. Choose them all at once (hold Shift, or ⌘ on a Mac / Ctrl on Windows, to pick several). - The other files (memories, projects, the manifest itself) are not needed. If you choose them anyway, the page leaves them unopened and says so.
- Here you only need the conversations files:
- Also accepted: a

Check a signed pack
Runs the same checks as the MCP server and the OpenClaw plugin, in this browser. The pack and keys never leave it.
